These ranges, sizes and the trainer itself were worked out with Claude (Fable 5.1) for one game: NL25 6-max cash on GGPoker, 100bb deep. They're a baseline for beating that pool, not a solver output.
Some choices are deliberate departures from theory because of how NL25 actually plays: few bluff 3-bets (the pool doesn't fold enough for blockers to earn), no limping and no flatting from the small blind, 2.5bb opens everywhere but the small blind, bigger isolation raises against limpers, and tighter big-blind defence than a solver would show because rake hits small pots hardest. Where the doc deviates, the reference says why.
Treat every chart as the default, and the notes on opponents as the edge. Wrong size counts as a miss on purpose.
This first version covers preflop only. Postflop — c-betting, defending as the caller, turn and river — will follow.
Pick what to drill. Openings are on by default; the rest is one tap away. You can change all of this later under Spots & difficulty below the table.
